I've just come back from a treatment with renowned celebrity facialist, Deborah Mitchell.
Her signature LIA Therapy combines lymph drainage, incandescent massage and acupressure to leave skin plumped & glowing- it's no surprise that celebrities such as Dannii Minogue are huge fans of her treatments! Deborah also has "white witch" credentials, meaning that she "reads" clients during the treatment- time will tell if her predictions are correct but she was certainly bang-on for picking up on my current worries & fears. This element to the treatment means that it is a far more emotional & spiritual experience to traditional facials but Deborah's healing hands meant that I left feeling like a weight had been lifted, I felt totally re-energised as well as her being able to pin-point underlying health issues.

I'm totally obsessed with the HEAVEN Organic Skincare range & am so excited that I can use the products at home as I wait for my next treatment with Deborah (there is minimum 1yr waiting). I'm loving the Cleanse & Tone Facial Wash which is quick & easy to use in my morning shower- with an amazing citrus scent that makes it almost good enough to eat! However, my can't-live-without product has to be Skin Polish Exfoliator, a glycolic formula which leaves skin glowing! I like to apply a thin layer as an overnight mask once a week, simply rinsing off in the morning to reveal an enviable complexion. It's an especially good exfoliator option for sensitive or mature skins as it doesn't contain harsh scrubbing particles which can scratch the skin & break capillaries.
